3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment providers.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• All prices are displayed in EUR (unless otherwise indicated) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Once a service has been purchased and delivered (partially or in full), no refunds will be issued. In the event of technical errors or failure to deliver, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase to investigate a resolution.

5. No Return Policy

As our services are fully digital and customized, returns do not apply. There is no obligation to return or exchange any digital product, report, or consultation.

6. Delivery

Digital services are typically delivered within the timeframe stated at checkout or on the service description. ACCERIO.io is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client data.

7. Use of Services

• Use the delivered audits or compliance support solely for your own business purposes.
• Not resell, distribute, or republish the content without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided through ACCERIO.io remain the intellectual property of KM Medias unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific advertising results, campaign outcomes, or platform reinstatements. Our services are advisory in nature. ACCERIO.io is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our sole discretion, especially in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
